Hi!

i have some easyride trips that were not charged eventhough I traveled. It just says 0 franks. Why is that? How long should i wait to see? Don’t want to risck pay a fine

Contacting Easyride is only via the contact form in the app possible. Select a trip that could not be charged and click on "Report problem with trip". Afterwards it will be forwarded directly to the responsible service. Sometimes it also helps to re-enter the details of payment method on sbb.ch in your customer account and then log in again in the SBB mobile app. If the app has errors, reinstalling the app can also help.
