Hello and welcome to the SBB Community. What would you like to do?
I've noticed that if I go on a journey within the ZVV network in the evening of one day, EasyRide sends me a bill for this journey in the next morning.
It would be great if Easy Ride could wait to see if I was doing any more journeys in the ZVV network within the coming 24 hours, as it would have been the cheapest option to buy a ZVV 24 hours ticket.
Would it be possible to improve Easy Ride to take ZVV 24-hours-tickets into consideration when travelling on consecutive days within the frame of 24 hours?
Hi @lowrider
ZVV is the only fare network offering a 24 hours ticket.
Best regards,
Roland
Hi @chuimui
No, because EasyRide is calculating tickets per day, see: Check-in ticket: day passes – ZVV
As @EllenvS said, simply buy a 24 hours day passin advance.
Best regards,
Roland
That 24h ticket still isn't considered by easy ride.
Big miss
Hi @chuimui
The goal of easy ride is to track your phone from the moment you board a public transport vehicle to the point where you get off of it and to sell you a valid ticket for that single trip.
If you already know that you will return from your journey within the ZVV region in less than 24 hours, the easiest option is to purchase your 24h ticket in advance using our timetable.
Thank you for your valued custom. Best wishes. EllenvS.
