Does SBB have an email?

My mobile phone service does not include international calling from the US.  Does SBB have an email to submit questions or correspond?

If no, I have two questions:

1. How do I edit existing tickets on SBB mobile?

2. I purchased a Swiss Family Card.  Is this a Swiss Pass card?  I am unable to find a customer number to be able to add the SwissPass card.
