DTR 1 error while saving my Mastercard debit card on SBB, both mobile app and web

Hi. I keep trying to register my mastercard debit card for the payment method of SBB but it shows DTR 1 error both on mobile app and web. So, on my first try on the mobile app, it did direct to the security verification page, but after I filled up information, it directed me to the error messages. Then, all my trials did not even lead me to security verification but directly to error message. I went to bank today and they said my mastercard works perfectly well and there is no record of transaction rejection.

What should I do to solve this error??

Thank you for your request.

All error messages with DTR mean Datatrans, our partner for payment card processing. The error message can occur when buying a ticket or entering the payment card and means that the billing process is currently not working.
You can try to delete the app and reinstall it. After that, I recommend you to delete the stored data first before saving a new payment method.

If the card is not saved, please contact the card issuer.
