I bought SwissPass 8 days from net, and sent pdf for me on my email,

When connect it on sbb aplication  on mobile it ask me about 3 :

Customer no. 


Date of birth

How i can get customer no. ??? 

and when bought SwissPass not asked me about postcode ... 

What postcode i can enter ???

Please register on SwissPass ( and once you have your login (email + password), you can log in in the SBB Mobile App as well.

You do not need a customer number for this. 

When travelling with the Swiss Travel Pass, just show the PDF e-mail you received.

how I can do reservation in travelling using Swiss pass. I plan to travel in regional train. While booking using SBB app. It’s showing money to be paid.
