Credit card charged and no ticket issued

Tried to purchase tickets 3 times in the app, and failed. But was charged on my card. 

 

How do I claim a refund.

The same for me today. Twice charged and had to buy ticket at the office but credit card is charged!

I suggest you to contact directly our Contact Center via email: ticketshop@sbb.ch with the following informations:

Your route, the date, your e-mail address and the 6 first and 4 last digits of your credit card.
