Connection offers failed

Since a few days ago, it is no longer possible to purchase my usual trip Lancy Pont-Rouge to Prangins Gare.

When I click on the "purchase ticket" button an error message on the app says "connection offers failed" please try again or visit local SBB ticket machine. Error code sbb/zvs/reise/9053001

How can I purchase my ticket on the app?

Hi @FuriousP 

I couldn't reproduce that on my iPhone. Do you still geht the error code? If yes, for which specific connection? Error-Code says, that ticketing plattform generates no offer so the app did not get an answer / offers to the request. Thats why we (SBB Mobile) show this error.

Have you tried if you receive the same error buying your ticket over the sbb website or without loggin in on the app?

Have you already deleted the app once and downloaded it again or switched off your device once?

If you tried all these things and you still cannot buy the ticket, please use the contact form in the SBB Mobile app to contact the support team.
