Connection offers failed

Hello, I am selecting a route ( Freiburg to Basel) via SBB app, and appears the "Connection offers failed" message. (Error code: ZVS-REISE-6)

Hi @Christosfr 

Have you tried using a different web browser for your consultation? Or clearing the history and cookies of your current browser?

If the problem persists after that, please give us more details about the connection such as departure time and travel date.
