Connection offers failed. Error code: ZVS-REISE-5

I encountered this error using the SBB app after I searched the connection and click on "Select ticket".

- Schedule and date of the outward journey:
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc - Interlaken Ost
07:28 Mon 29.08.2022

- Number of passengers and their reduction cards
1 passenger

- Journey in 2nd or 1st class
2nd class

- Time of the incident (date/time):
1 July 2022 07:43 GMT+2

- Give us a description of the problem (Which clicks did you make):
Click on "Select ticket"


- What operating system is running on your computer/Mac? for example Windows 10 or Mac OS X 10.11

This connection goes via France, unfortunately the booking of an international travel on SBB Mobile App is not possible. Please book your journey on SBB.ch, at a staffed ticket counter or by calling the SBB Contact Center on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min. available 24/7)
