Click & Drive Mobility car doesn't let me link my Drivers License

I am trying to make a reservation for a car on: https://webshop-mobility.app.sbb.ch/en/dashboard. I don't have a Mobility subscription so it asked me to upload a copy of my drivers license. Everything went ok as far as I could see but when I try to book the car it keeps telling me there is no Mobility account linked to my Swiss pass. Anybody, have an idea what could have gone wrong?
