Hello and welcome to the SBB Community. What would you like to do?
Hi .i understand kids travel for free if below 16 years.did i need to insert travellers info in the app or just parents info?i have swiss half fare pass
Hello @NIKOLEE,
Accompanied children under six years travel free of charge.
Children from the age of six up to their 16th birthday and children under six travelling alone have to purchase a half-price ticket or pay any designated minimum fare.
When accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket, children aged six to 16 years can travel 2nd class for CHF 16 for the whole day. The 1-day travelpass for children costs CHF 32 for 1st class.
With the Junior travelcard for CHF 30, children from the age of six up to their 16th birthday can travel on public transport for a whole year, accompanied by a parent with a valid ticket.

Have a nice day

Hi all,
my son now has his own SwissPass, where the Junior travelcard is stored. Since this is a personal card, he must always carry it when he travels. Usually he does not carry a wallet and he could travel with me or with hid dad separately. Since I am pretty sure that an 8-year old boy will loose/forget to take a card with him when he travels, I was wondering if it is possible to upload his SwissPass to my SwissPass App (and my husband's) on my phone. In this way we always have it with us as we do with our personal SwissPasses.
Thank you in advance
Francesca
Hello @Fra81
You can use only one login per app. But you can download the SBB Preview App and log in to the account of your child to show the electronic swisspass. Or you can log in with your sons account in the internet on your phone on www.swisspass.ch, Just click on "My Card" and you'll see it there too.
I wish you a nice week-end.
Kind regards, VlaznimA.
