Change Start Date of Half Fare Card

I’m leaving for Europe in a week and have a huge travel plan change due to personal reason.

my original start date of HF card is Aug 20, now I would need it from Aug 14. There is no other options except for refund on my account/order page for this pass purchase.

How should I change the start date of an existing HF card that is not activated yet?

Thank you for your request.

It is best to contact our support team on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min). It is not possible to change the date in this way. Please note that any handling fees may apply.
As a tip: We are available by phone 24 hours a day, for shorter waiting times do not call during office hours.
