Cancel or exchange tickets?

Hello.

I made a mistake booking tickets.
We had to purchase a Super Saver ticket, but I made a reservation with a half-fare card.
But the price of the Super Saver ticket and the Half Fare ticket is the same.
Can we use our reserved tickets?
Or do I have to exchange or cancel my ticket?

Reservation number 462245219

It is my reservation number.

Please check and let me know what I need to do. Thank you.

Hello @yong

You have ordered a half-price Online/Mobile Ticket but do not have any reduction card and are over 16 years of age. We ask you therefore to purchase an additional half-price ticket (no supersaver-fare) in the SBB Ticket Shop (or with the application SBB Mobile for mobile cellular phones). Please present both tickets for inspection in the train.

Information:
Tickets marked with "½" are valid for:

- Half-Fare Card holders (valid for 1 year)
- Swiss Half-Fare Card holders (valid for 1 month)
- Children from 6 - 15,99 years old
- Unaccompanied children under 6 years of age

Information on the "Half-Fare" and "Day-Ticket" offer is available on www.sbb.ch/en/half-fare.

Information on the "Swiss Half-Fare Card" is available on https://www.sbb.ch/en/leisure-holidays/travel-in-switzerland/international-guests/swiss-halffare-car...
