Can't find ticket from previous travel

I traveled from Neuchatel to Zurich HB last month (18 Oct) buy ticket purchase from SBB App. I would like to find ticket for my company but I can't. Please help

If you have placed an order without logging-in, we require the following particulars:


    What are the first six digits and the last four digits on your credit card?
  • E-Mail address (with which you have ordered the Online Ticket):
  • Order date:
  • Name of orderer:

If the order was placed by logging-in under then the Online Ticket is still at your disposition in the SBB Ticket Shop. In case the just placed order cannot be found on the right side under "My account" » "My orders" then the order did not take place and we have subsequently not debited your credit card. You may open and print the relevant ticket anew at any given time.

Hello, I need also ticket which i purchased without login with Swiss pass. Right now i have account but i cant find this specific card and i need this for reimbursement in my company.
