Can't find ticket from previous travel

I traveled from Neuchatel to Zurich HB last month (18 Oct) buy ticket purchase from SBB App. I would like to find ticket for my company but I can't. Please help

Hi @Tangaya

If you have placed an order without logging-in, we require the following particulars:

  •  

    What are the first six digits and the last four digits on your credit card?
  • E-Mail address (with which you have ordered the Online Ticket):
  • Order date:
  • Name of orderer:

If the order was placed by logging-in under https://www.sbb.ch/ticketshop/b2c/sprache.do?en then the Online Ticket is still at your disposition in the SBB Ticket Shop. In case the just placed order cannot be found on the right side under "My account" » "My orders" then the order did not take place and we have subsequently not debited your credit card. You may open and print the relevant ticket anew at any given time.

Hello, I need also ticket which i purchased without login with Swiss pass. Right now i have account but i cant find this specific card and i need this for reimbursement in my company. If you can contact me and i will send you all details. Ticket is purchased from: Berikon Stalden - Zurich Airport 23.03.2018 around 10:10 in the morning, (but validity of ticket was from 24.03.2017 07:00 - till 09:00) amount on ticket is CHF 13.40 I'm credit card holder Edin Hajrulahovic Thanks in advance.
