I have a SBB account and purchased Swisspass but I'm can’t sync my SwissPass to SBB mobile app as it keeps asking for my customer number. As I only have the paper PDF, I don't see a customer number on there. I've tried the numbers that are on there with no luck. I wanted to reserve some seats for my upcoming trip interlaken to Lucerne, which I don't know if I can do if I don't have the synced SwissPass account.
