Hi,
I tried to add my new Reca card as a payment method in the mobile app and in the website of SBB. It always says 'Saving a means of payment has failed. Please repeat the process.' 3 days in a row already.
Could you help me with that please?

As I found out it was an issue on Reka's side. My card for some reason was not activated. Now everything works.
