Can not buy tpg ticket

I can't not buy tpg ticket starting from a French stop in Saint Genis using SBB mobile app.

Thank you for your query.

I also tried to book a trip from Saint Genis to Switzerland on the SBB Mobile App and it worked.

So that we can check the problem, I ask you to send an e-mail with a print screen of the error message to ticketshop@sbb.ch with the following informations: brand and model of the phone and the SBB Mobile version.

Thanks for the response. It seems that I can't buy the "Parcours regional court" ticket (for TPG bus number 68 to CERN) starting from a Saint Genis stop using the app. Please find the attached screenshot for more detailed information about the problem I saw recently. When I clicked the "Short-distance and single ticket" button (which used to be working fine) in the first picture, it turned into second one. Thanks!
