If you are not resident in Switzerland, there is a Swiss Travel Pass offer to buy: https://www.sbb.ch/en/leisure-holidays/inspiration/international-guests/swiss-halffare-card.html

For the annual Half-Fare Card, it is mandatory to issue a SwissPass card.
