I'm trying to buy tickets in Japan but when I did it shows on the app.


Ticket purchase not possible in the app.

It is not currently possible to buy European trips in the app. We're working on it.

Thank you for your query.

We are not currently aware of any disruptions. We also have no information that the app should not work abroad. Try to delete and re-download the app and otherwise buy the ticket online at or upon arrival in Switzerland.
