I'm trying to buy tickets in Japan but when I did it shows on the app.

is there any problems? or because I'm in Japan I can't buy?

Thank you for your query.

We are not currently aware of any disruptions. We also have no information that the app should not work abroad. Try to delete and re-download the app and otherwise buy the ticket online at www.sbb.ch or upon arrival in Switzerland.
