Hello and welcome to the SBB Community. What would you like to do?
Today, I stopped my journey as usual by wiping the red button to the left. But some 10 hours later, the app still claims that I am checked in, although the red button indicates the contrary. I cannot start another journey, there comes an "oops" error message. I closed the app entirely, even rebootet the smartphone, to no avail.
Ideas?
Thanks, Nora
Dear @Sheena
Thank you for your question.
Do you already have the newset version of the app installed?
We also recommend deleting the cache or data of the SBB App. To do so, go to the Smartphone settings under ‘Apps’, ‘SBB Mobile’, ‘Storage’ and then ‘Clear cache’.
If the problem persists, I suggest you contact the speicalits directly via app or with the following form: https://www.sbb.ch/en/timetable/mobile-apps/sbb-mobile/contact.html
I wish you a nice afternoon,
EleonoraS

I completely forgot about the chache... That would have been the thing to do! I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, this worked too.
Kind regards
