Got three additional payments on my credit card’s bill for SBB Zürich CHF$5, SBB Basel CHF$7, and SBB Bern CHF$5. Wondering what the charges were for? I did purchase the tickets through both SBB website and SBB mobile via Credit Card for Zurich, Basel and Bern. But the fee was charged separately on the date I traveled respectively, and the fee was not listed either on the train tickets or got informed before purchasing the train tickets. Can you please advise if any additional charge by buying tickets online or by mobile? Or there’s error by having the additional fee charged via credit card and I should ask the bank to ask for refund? Kindly advise. Would appreciate your timely response and help.

There is no additional fee, when you buy the tickets on our application or on www.sbb.ch. I recommend you to send your request directly to our online support: ticketshop@sbb.ch. Please also send us also the credit card statement with the charges.
