Add langauge setting to APP, not system!

Since at least 16.09.2018 people are requesting to change the language of the app - INDEPENDENTLY of the language of the device they are running it on.

That's now more than 3 years and still nothing has happened, the issue still exists.

@sbb Please add a simple setting to change the language as any other trivial app provides already, ASAP!
