I booked a ticket on my iPad and registered with swisspass. But now I tried to a access my ticket from my phone and it’s not there. Somehow I only have it on my iPad, which I won’t take on my trip. But I also cannot transfer the ticket. I made a screen print and send it to my phone and hope it will be accepted.
Any suggestions? Because another trip booked on SBB.ch is accessible on all my devices, when I log in to SwissPass.
