the saver ticket for that day is not available. But I bought one for 23rd June by mistake. Could you please explain why it doesn’t work and refund one I just bought by mistake?
Supersaver tickets are limited, you can buy them 60 days in advance and it's possible there's no more for the 23 of june. In principle, tickets purchased online will not be refunded, however, there are exceptions.
