I am a student, and have thus purchased the Seven25 pass that allows me to travel after 19:00. I study in St Gallen and home is in Geneva. I find it ridiculous that the train I could take home departs from St Gallen, where SBB knows there are students, at 18:58, with a first stop in Winterthur, 30 minutes later. This thus forces us to pay for the first 30 minutes at a price of 11chf. If this train would depart 2 minutes later it would be very beneficial for all Seven25 holders, and not scam the clients. SBB knows this all too well as they even ANNOUNCE in the train that the Seven25 ticket is not valid until the next stop!! I think this is absolutely ridiculous, and believe Sbb should change the departure time from St Gallen to 19:00, or allow Seven25 holders to travel on their valid ticket.
So now every time I go home I have to take the train departing at 19:28, which takes 22 minutes longer, meaning I arrive at 23:45 instead of 22:54 with the train before …
Please change this, SBB. Thanks
