In the last year, I have experienced delays to services in the morning rush hour, almost daily. Today, the train was more than 5 mins late as opposed to the usual 4 minutes. Also another delay enroute due to another train blocking track. I was15 mins late to my destination.

This was my second long distance travel using SBB and on both occasion I was greatly impressed by the punctuality of the service leaving and arriving at the final destination some hundreds of kilometre's later exactly on time. Impressive - well done to all those involved in maintaining and running this service.

Only during last 30 days it was already the seventh time, when I came late  (at least 30 min) to the point of my destination, because my train was delayed/canceled.
