ski bag and boot bag - one piece of luggage for luggage transfer service?

I would like to use the luggage transfer service on the train from Tasch to Zurich Airport.  The website says it costs 24 CF per piece.  Do you count a ski bag as separate from a boot bag?

If the boots and skis are packed separately, this is considered two pieces of luggage. For the transport of one piece of luggage from station to station the price of CHF12.- is charged per stretch. Please find more information here.
