lost luggage

I 've sent my luggage from Interlaken west since Oct7 and supposed to arrive my hotel in Munich on oct 10,I stayed in that hotel from Oct 8-14,the hotel staffs contacted Hermess thousand times ,and they kept saying that they sent to the wrong place and would be sent to my hotel,day after day,never shown up till the last minute of my flight ,that it was on October 15,I still waited at the hotel after the reception called them at 08.00 and i was there until 10.30

I'm very sorry for all the inconvenience you've had.

I can only tell you the following: As soon as the luggage has been transported across the Swiss border, we can no longer track it. From this moment, Hermes is responsible.

Therefore I have to ask you to contact Hermes again.
