lost black backpack with passport

Hi,

I was on the Zurich to Geneva airport train yesterday, I couldn't find my backpack in the overhead compartment where I had left it. It has:

1. MacBo pro

2. Passport

3. Resident permit for the UK

4. House keys

5. Wallet

... Basically my entire life.

I made a report: K2019/015029 can someone please check the status? I am very worried. Can someone please provide me with a status update? Also, do you guys work over the weekend? As I was told to wait 4 - 10 days but I'm not sure if that means working days and not weekends.

I called them, they said 50% of the time people get their bags back. They won't be able to tell you if they've found it for at least 2 fulls days. 

You should file a police report for your missing passport, and your embassy will give you an emergency passport on the spot so you can travel.
