Came a letter that found my backpack (loss V2019 / 013987). Called the number +41 848 44 66 88, gave mail ( on Monday wrote an unanswered letter. How can I arrange shipping via DHL?

You have to tell us your address abroad by phone (0041 848 44 66 88) so that we can calculate the shipping fee. You will then be informed by e-mail.

I called (0041 848 44 66 88) the operator said I can send the address to the mail ( Wrote a letter no answer. How else can I contact besides the phone?
