follow up of my lost report for my wallet

Dear Support team,

 

Unfortunately today I lost my wallet in the train. There where only 20.- inside, but I have inside many documents (incl. my Permit, ID card, membership cards and student card). I already subscribed a report # K2017/112182. 
I can say that I was on the second floor in 2nd class in train 722 traveling from Lausanne (16:42) to Geneva (17:18).
I am really desperate to bring back my wallet.... Can you, please tell me If there is any way I can bring it back except the report... Thank you so much!
