do not receive a code of confirmation on my phone

Dear SBB team,

I do not receive your sms with code  on my phone number while going through the process of identity check. My number is correct. Checked.  Tried 10 times, received nothing. How to proceed ?

Thank you for your inquiry. 

You need a Swiss telephone number to be able to do the ID check process online. 

In case you already got it, please send us following information, so that we can better analyse the problem: 

  • Transaction number (8-digit letter combination in the format ABC-DEFGH; is included in the URL):
  • Detailed error message, if possible with a print screen:
  • Time of occurrence:
  • Which clicks were made:
  • Operating system version (e.g. Windows 10 or Mac OS X 10.11):
  • Browser version (e.g. Internet Explorer 11):
