buy a ticket from interlaken to milan is error

Hi there

I want to buy an international ticket from interlaken to milan but online purchase not available.

If I need to buy it ticket office and sold out then what can I do? I have been checked it late last year but this year even advance 2 weeks can’t.

And I have tried APPs and website

The website doesn’t have buy guest section.

Please let me know it.
