Zurich Seebach P and Rail parking availability?

I reserved a parking space at Zurich Seebach P and Rail for 3 days but then I was informed after the purchase that the parking slot isn't guaranteed and the responsibility is on the car's owner, so I'm really wondering about the usual availability of the parking lot. Thanks in advance!
