Wrong last name with the ticket

Hi I bought the E-ticket yesterday. From Interlaken West to Les Diablerets on 4th Nov. After online payment finish. I found one of the passage inserted a worng last name. However, I already bought a swiss half fare pass. And pass name check correct.

Could I correct the right Ticketname at online or what could I cancel it?

To cancel your ticket, you have to contact our Ticketshop. You can write an e-mail at: or call the Service Center at this number : 0848 030 030.

Please mention your order number on the e-mail.
