No. The Swiss Travel Pass is not valid in France.
The Swiss Travel Pass is valid from the TGV's first stop in Switzerland being either Basel SBB, Geneva, or Lausanne, all depending on the route you take (timetable www.sbb.ch/en). From Paris to the first stop in Switzerland you need a regular ticket; you can get it from here:
