I sure made the reservation.
Interlaken - Lucerne ticket. 10: 04 ~ 11: 55 Tickets. 03.08.18.
By the way, when I checked the reservation,
The time is 00:00 to 05:00. 03.08.18 ~ 04.08.18.
Why?

If you have placed an order without logging-in, we require the following particulars:
- What are the first six digits and the last four digits on your credit card?
- E-Mail address (with which you have ordered the Online Ticket):
- Order date:
- Name of orderer:

Please send this information to ticketshop@sbb.ch.

If the order was placed by logging-in under https://www.sbb.ch/ticketshop/b2c/sprache.do?en then the Online Ticket is still at your disposition in the SBB Ticket Shop. In case the just placed order cannot be found on the right side under "My account" » "My orders" then the order did not take place and we have subsequently not debited your credit card. You may open and print the relevant ticket anew at any given time.
