Telephone found at a train station

I am writing about a telephone that was found on Wednesday, 11 May at a small village train station where there is no office.  I tried calling the hotline but there was a wait and I don't have the time or the desire to wait on a paying hotline.  Is there an email address to which I can send this inquiry?

Hi @voyager12

Thank you for your request.

I am sorry but there is no email address available. If the station is not occupied, you can give the phone to the police or to the commune where you live.
If you deposit this phone at a staffed counter, we can send it to the lost property office.

Thank you for your understanding and have a nice weekend.

Best regards
