I want to book a ticket from Zermatt to Brig. The PE train service is available (which i think is the Glacier Express) but it also has 2 symbols next to it: Z and R (with a square around it). What do these symbols mean?

Hello @Shan888

Underneath each connection details, you can find a legend.

If you only want to get to Brig, you better use an R service, which does neither require a seat reservation nor a supplement.
