Hello! I have pruchase by mestake two 2nd class Swiss Travel Pass and would like to upgrade them to 1st class? Is thios possible? How do I do it? Tks.

For an exchange, I recommend that you visit a staffed SBB counter or contact our Contact center at +41 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.) or +41 51 225 78 00. This way you can check the exchange of your Swiss Travel pass.
