Surveillance cameras in trains/train stations

Dear Team,

Are there surveillance cameras in the trains, train stations? The luggage was lost and found, but almost all the content off luggage is missing. Is it possible to track who found/took the luggage, who reported it and maybe somehow to figure it out who took everything?
