Stolen bagpack

Hi, Just wanted to enquire if it is possible to retrieve our grey swiss gear back pack which was stolen from the overhead bin while we were traveling from Basel SBB to Milano Central on 25-11-2018. The backpack contained my HP laptop, chargers(mobile and laptop),some cosmetics and our house key. The same was found missing when we reached milano. We have lodged a complaint with the train crew and also Milan station police. Also update if the same has been returned to any of the stations on the where the train halted in case it was mistakenly picked up by some other pax. Please update if SBB can make use of the train surveillance camera to track the bag and the person who have stolen it.

According to my information, there are no videos on the Eurocity-trains.
