Ship luggage

Dear sirs,

I will be travelling to switzerland and would like to use the station to station luggage service sending the bags from zurich to montreux.

I see the website it stated I can only check in luggage and flight luggage if you have a valid ticket for the whole transport route or some travelcards. Since I will be stopping at other cities (e.g. Bern), i will have to buy the ticket from, zurich to bern first. But I am still pending the exact date from bern to montreux. Is that possible I can still send the luggage to montreux?

Even if you will not be travelling from Zürich to Montreux in one day you can still send your luggage. But you will have define the travellingdate and buy both tickets (Zürich to Bern and Bern to Montreux) before you pace the luggage order at the counter in Zürich.
