Server Error 500 when trying to submit a refund from unsigned in form.

Dear Cff support

I would like to report an issue while trying to submit a refund request without being connected. 

Your backend API responds with a 500 server error code. I've tried several times without success and no clear message about what's going wrong.

Please have a look in the print screen below.

If our website does not operate well on your device, we recommend that you delete the browsing history and try another browser if necessary. Should you still not be able to send us the online form, we would  we will gladly treat your request by phone under the number 0848 44 66 88 (CHF0.08/min.)
