Good day, I purchased a Saver-day pass ticket wherein I thought that the ticket can be used anywhere in Europe (this was my first time though) after a while I received an email, stating that "The Saver Day Pass is valid for travel on GA Travelcard area routes in the relevant class. No exchange. No refunds." in this case is it possible to change the ticket destination from Frankfurt to Heilbronn as we are unable to get a full refund for this ticket. Please advise what is the best option. Thank you
