SBB Refund

New Member

Dear Sir/Madam,

Unfortunately I was one of the many unlucky travelers on the 7:08 train directly from Zurich Flughafen to Genève Aéroport. The train damage that caused the 1 hour delay caused to my financially at least 250 CHF as as a doctor I was late for my shift change on a Sunday. The least I demand from you is the refund of my ticket.
Thank you in advance for your understanding

Hello @Tasios

You have requested compensation for the delay incurred. The national passenger rights stipulate that an entitlement to compensation is established as of a 60-minute delay. Further information and the claim form are available under «national passenger rights» and this link
You have to send your query within 30 days. I therefore recommend that you submit your claim today.

I wish you all the beste.
