Refund missing

I had problems travelling on SBB. i made two refund requests with supporting documentation which were acknowledged under reference *** and ***. How do I check the whereabouts of my refunds? I am based in the UK.

You can check the refunds by calling the SBB Contact Center on the phone number +41 51 225 78 00. If you have completed the refund application and it meets the refund requirements, you will automatically receive a refund.
