Refund due to train cancelation/late

I’d like to ask a refund for train cancelation and also to understand how to do that when trains are late.
I’m a commuter between Lausanne and Geneva on a daily base and service level is extremely poor and not reliable, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to trust on SBB service.

In case of a delay or cancellation because of an accident, there is usually no right for a refund:
