A very unfriendly lady who checked the tickets in the train in the french speaking region( she spoke no other language than french) asked me for my nationality, which she then stated in the penalty notice she gave me.(I even had a GA but SBB couldnt find in their system). Why is the nationality explicitly stated in a penalty notice? This was also evident in my identity card, which I had to show.
Is it because I am dark-skinned and/or look like an illegal migrant??
Is SBB conducting a statistic with the nationalitites without the consent of their customers?
